Robert F. Toole
Bio
Robert Toole is an Associate Attorney practicing in the firm’s Criminal Defense Division. He joined the Gasper Law Group in October 2021 with over fifteen years of experience as a Senior/Deputy District Attorney in Colorado. He has over eighteen years of legal experience. Robert has handled over one hundred and fifty jury trials. Robert has practiced in both Colorado Springs and Pueblo, where he has handled major crimes, including but not limited to, murders, sexual assaults, vehicular homicides, burglaries, DUI’s, and all types of crimes. Robert has post-litigation experience, including but not limited to Rule 35 (a) and (c). Robert tried six murder cases as first chair.
Robert represents clients in criminal matters including Homicides, DUI and DWAI, Sex Offenses, Drug Charges, Domestic Violence, Juvenile Crimes, Violent Crimes including Murder, and Property Crimes. He also represents clients faced with restraining orders or with Post-Conviction Issues, including Rule 35(c)’s and Appellate work.
Robert acted as one of the Veteran’s Court District Attorney in Colorado Springs and was part of the Homicide Team.
Robert received his Law Degree from The University of Denver College of Law. He also attended Colorado College for his undergraduate degree and enjoyed his time playing sports.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
