Randy L. Koonce

Randy L. Koonce is an Associate Attorney at the Gasper Law Group. Mr. Koonce focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and supporting civil litigation arising from wills and trusts.

Mr. Koonce attended the Southern Illinois University School of Law, graduating in 2023 as a member of both the Law Journal and Academic Honors Program. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Koonce served as an intern for a trial court judge who heard various civil and domestic relations cases. As part of this internship, Mr. Koonce researched complex disputes and later wrote orders for the court. It was through this experience that he discovered an intensive interest in writing excellent legal documents.

Mr. Koonce greatly enjoys helping clients with estate planning. He constantly endeavors to write wills and trusts in ways that are efficient and low risk.

Mr. Koonce is a Colorado native with plenty of enthusiasm for the state’s natural environment. Among his hobbies are (amateur) photography, exploring parks and trails, and fishing.
