Bradley C. Ginnett

Bio
Born at the U.S. Air Force Academy and raised in Colorado Springs, Bradley C. Ginnett developed a strong work ethic and dedication to service early in life. A graduate of Air Academy High School, he was a multi-sport athlete, competing in hockey, lacrosse, and football. Continuing his passion for athletics, he played Division 1 Lacrosse at the University of Denver before transferring to Colorado State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
Before pursuing a legal career, Bradley gained invaluable experience working as a UPS Package Car Driver and later as a professional firefighter with the City of Boulder. As a firefighter, he served on both the Hazardous Materials Response Team and the Wildland Firefighting Team, deploying to wildfires across the country. These roles instilled in him a deep sense of resilience, problem-solving, and service—qualities that now define his legal practice.
Bradley earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Florida. While in law school, he was a competing member of the nationally ranked Mock Trial team and served as President of the Elder Law Society. In addition to a JD, he earned a certificate in Elder Law, further solidifying his commitment to advocating for those in need. During his time in law school, he also gained valuable legal experience through internships with the Colorado Public Defender's Office, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Miami Office, and the Broward County Probate Court. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in criminal defense, securities regulation, and probate law.
Outside of the office, Bradley enjoys spending time with family, attending church, cooking, tackling landscaping projects, lifting weights, and going for walks. A passionate fan of culinary competition shows, he is particularly drawn to Beat Bobby Flay—and isn’t shy about rooting for the underdog.
